Weekend time is brioche bun time! At least for me. I love to eat them lukewarm with cheese or salami because of its sweet and savory combination. But what can I say – the taste has no limit. When making the dough, the whole room smells like yeast and I think that smell would be worth a room scent. What a great smell. Almost as good as the fresh brioche buns when they come right out of the oven. As winter was coming to Berlin, it was that time of the year where people start to spend more time inside than outside. More time inside equals to more cooking and more eating, obviously. But that’s okay, because fall also equals to more clothes. Enough said, enjoy your next weekend with my brioche buns!
Tip: Freeze the left-overs and use them for the next weekend! As I like to say: To have is better than to get!
